Editing Text on bottom of the page

I tired to loko in many places to Add TExt to the bottom of my homepage where it says Powered By OsCommerce. i just want to put WEbsite Designed by...so and so. Where do i go to edit text on the bottom? Also How can i add images to my home pages. preferabley rotating images.

look in catalog\includes\footer.php and catalog\includes\languages\english.php for the actual string
