Downlaods for Logged in Users

Hey guys and girls, I sell items to download and want to setup customers a username and password so that they have access to my the downloads page of my website. People can buy the downloads from my site but can only download them when logged in. But i want certain accounts to have access to all downloads when they log in and some only access to the downloads they purchase is this possible.. IF where would i go do set it up
