I want to change my front page and I think I need the index.php for that. But where is it? I can't find it. The only one I find is at admin/index.php but that is not the front page of my web shop. So where do I find it?

There is an index.php file in the root of your osC site. If your site is working it is there.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?

There are many very useful osC Contributions

Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

The index.php file should also be in the following directory /osCommerce/catalog/includes/languages/english. If you are using another langauge look in /osCommerce/catalog/includes/languages/language.

Unless you have an old version of osCommerce then your index.php was default.php
