squibs Posted July 8, 2006 Posted July 8, 2006 I've just installed OScommerce with fairly default options and can access the shop and administer it. I cannot however see any entries in the payment modules area, or any other modules area for that matter. The php files do exist in /catalog/includes/modules/payment/ I can't find anthing useful by searching the forums. Please advise. here's my configure.php from the admin dir <?php /* $Id: configure.php,v 1.3 2003/09/30 16:13:41 serg Exp $ osCommerce, Open Source E-Commerce Solutions http://www.oscommerce.com Copyright (c) 2002 osCommerce Released under the GNU General Public License */ // define our webserver variables // FS = Filesystem (physical) // WS = Webserver (virtual) define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.<yoink>.com'); // eg, http://localhost or - https://localhost should not be NULL for productive servers define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', 'http://www.<yoink>.com'); define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', ''); define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'false'); // secure webserver for catalog module define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', $DOCUMENT_ROOT); // where your pages are located on the server. if $DOCUMENT_ROOT doesnt suit you, replace with your local path. (eg, /usr/local/apache/htdocs) define('DIR_WS_ADMIN', '/admin/'); define('DIR_FS_ADMIN', DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT . squibs Posted July 8, 2006 Author Posted July 8, 2006 Have I asked a really dumb question, or have I not provided sufficient info? Really - I did spend some time searching the forum before I posted. All advice welcomed. Thanks.
choosealogin Posted July 8, 2006 Posted July 8, 2006 I would suggest trying the actual path in this one define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', $DOCUMENT_ROOT); // where your pages are located on the server. if $DOCUMENT_ROOT doesnt suit you, replace with your local path. (eg, /usr/local/apache/htdocs) $DOCUMENT_ROOT should work really but I can say that it doesn't work on IIS ("windows") servers. That's my experience, anyway. The module path all traces back to that entry. If filling in the document_root doesn't quite get it, fill in some more absolute paths in the other DIR_FS entries.
