Images in Netscape and Internet Explorer

I am sure there is a post regarding this issue and if there is would someone kindly point me in the right direction.

 

Here is my problem. On the index page (index.php) I have within the Text_Main section a table with four images. All the images show up in Netscape but only one in IE. What can I do to resolve this problem.
