Guest Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 I have a small problem with trying to get one of the shipping modules working. It's been a bug ever since I opened the store but never got round to seek help. I have it setup so that UK orders under a certain weight can go by normal post, recorded or special delivery. First class and special delivery always work but sometimes recorded does not show and the customer is not able to choose this option. It is set up in exactly the same way as the others but can't understand why this doesn't work. Look forward to your help. Regards

Otherwise, perhaps it isn't a problem with the module but with the products that are being ordered (e.g. their weight values, etc.). Guest Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 They were all set to sort order 0 but i change dthem to 1 2 and 3 and no difference. I looked at the weight and it's the same as another product that does allow this shipping method.

The only problem I have now is trying to find out where to change the description for the shipping method. For instance : Recorded Delivery Urgent or High Value How do you change the urgent or high value wording?
