HTMLArea Image Upload problem

Installed WYSIWYG HTMLArea MS2 v1.7 and all works great except when I try to browse for an image and upload. I get a File 'xxxx.jpg' could not be created. I have my store located at /store/catalog/ Could this be a path or permission issue.

 

Any help is appreciated, Dino
