Dsiplaying double vat

I am having problem with doubleing vat in prices.

 

I am handling this problem during the day and nothing.

 

If I uncheck Display prices with tax its OK prices are without TAX, but if I check it the double tax is in the price.

 

 

 

 

HELP ME!!!!
