Admin account

Hi all,

 

After i finished edit the setting for my shop, i want to edie the admin profile... but i can not able to find a field that i can edit the login email and password, can anyone tell me how to edit it? Also, for admin panel, i no need to login now... just enter http://www.domain.com/admin, then i can edit the setting? what's the problem, am i miss something? Can anyone teach me, pls....

Actually i don't set anything for my admin login.. by default.. is it .htaccess??

Are there anyway to create the form login for Administrator? Beacause I don't want anyone can access to Control Panel with no User & Password.

There is an htaccess file in admin when oscommerce is installed but it doesn't have protection enabled. You need to do that yourself. Your host may have that option in their control panel. If not, you will need to generate it yourself (search the web for free sites that will allow you to do this). Or you can install the admin access contribution. It involves a lot of changes just to protect the admin though so you may want to consider that first.
