What is happening is that when a user is from say Canada and they create a new account, it is having problems. For example, using the state/province drop down box, it shows two entries for every state. Which is then returning an error saying, "Please select a state from the States pull down menu." I need to delete these double state/provinces on all of my world zones. How can I do that in an easy manner??

I thought this stuff was gonna be easy!! BACK IT UP BEFORE YOU JACK IT UP!!!!

Paula Moss Posted July 7, 2006 Author Posted July 7, 2006 Ok, jusy had an in depth look and in the drop down menu in the cutomers address book, it is only doubling the states for these countries: Australia Canada USA Any idea on what I have done and how I can correct it?
