Coupon Discount not calculating

Hi All,

 

I am not a web designer or technician - so please respond in plain English. ;-) I have used the Coupon Discount codes and just as of this week they no longer work. There is no Error message but it just does not take the discount. All codes are valid and should be working. I have changed nothing lately but all of a sudden the codes do not work. I have 7 codes and all of them stopped working. Is there something I can look for? My web designer has re-installed the modules but nothing. I would really appreciate any help. I have people trying to place orders as we speak...Thank you!
