Downloads are all corrupt

Hi, I have installed os commerce 2.2 MS2

 

The download starts properly, but after about 10Mb (sometimes more or less), it stops...

For info, the file size to download is unknown by the navigator (iexplore or firefox).

So of course when the file is downloaded, it doesn't work because not complete.

 

This is our server info.

We run the server on a windows based redirect = false

download = true

 

We changed the php.ini from 18M to 99M then to , 999M, then to 2440M with no luck

 

If we send a direct link to them they can download it fine. But when they download from there account/ from the script they stop after only about 5 min of downloading (no error msg's) When they try to open the file it said corupt, etc...

 

We tryed .zip, .exe, .pdf All with the same outcome. The only people who can download 100% is the files they can finish in about 5 min.

 

Any help would be nice.
