Error: Catalog images

Hello,

I'm sure you can help me with this, I've installed the oscomerce thru my hosting company everything works right up until i am going to upload images. this is the error i recieved

"Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: /home/httpd/vhosts/proprintingny.com/httpdocs/shop/catalog/images/"

 

I try following your quick install guide lines but no results

 

I don't know where i'm going wrong.

 

Also,

I have installed this program in another server that i'm using with no problem.
