BEGGING for help: Big problems with orders

Hi,

 

A week or so ago, my hosting company managed to overwrite my server and lose all my data. I had to redo osCommerce, and it is full of problems.

 

We finally got it to the point where it gets all the way to the confirmation screen and sends a receipt, but the payment doesn't make it to my Linkpoint account. I called Linkpoint and they said that the Linkpoint API module is not downloaded off osCommerce, so there's no communication between the two right now. I have no idea how to fix that (I wasn't the person who installed the store to begin with). So even though it looks like orders are going through, when I sign into Linkpoint, there's no order.

 

THEN, the creepier thing! The Linkpoint guy tried to place an order, and MY HOME ADDRESS showed up on the billing screen! Not my store address, mind you-- my personal address, which I had used as a customer to do a test order. How in the world could that happen?!

 

Please, someone help!
