errors - not sure where to start

my website is showing the following error i have no idea what this means to start what to do to create it

It can't find the language file. A few things to check out: for each language in your shop is the correct file in /includes/languages? Does your database have the correct language info under configuration? Are your file pathways correct in the /includes/configure.php? all the best, Terra

Most likely the database did not populate properly. Manually load it via your phpmyadmin using the included oscommerce.sql file and that should fix the problem.
