Help with editing the php files

I need assistance on editing the php files on the main page os oscommerce. How do I change the text? You know where it says, "Welcome to my store, click here to login" Which php file is that?

 

Also, all of my images are showing a price of $5.00. How can I omit that pricing altogether. Thanks
