chrisso69 Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 Does anyone know how i can make product_listing.php display my products like new_products.php? Basically i want to display my products in a slightly different format, instead of displaying one underneath another i want to display three per row. Any ideas? Cheers Chris
choosealogin Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 Here is one contribution for that http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...,listing+select I haven't tried any version of that past the one dated 27 Apr 2004...newer doesn't always mean "better" :P There are a few more here http://www.oscommerce.com/community?contri...mp;category=all
chrisso69 Posted July 6, 2006 Author Posted July 6, 2006 Thanks Guys, Just one more, how do i run the .sql statement that comes with either one of these contributions? Cheers, Chris
Silverado05 Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 Paste it into your Database via the SQL tab at the top of the Database page. Search the forum and contributions before posting. If that doesn't work, keep looking, then post. The forum is for seeking help and advice NOT for someone to do your work for you. Try to do something on your on, if you are going to run a shop then learn how it works.
chrisso69 Posted July 6, 2006 Author Posted July 6, 2006 New to this, Where the Database page? Thanks, Chris
choosealogin Posted July 6, 2006 Posted July 6, 2006 What kind of interface did your host give you as "control panel"....if it's cPanel then you can probably find "phpmyadmin" under "Site Management Tools". Phpmyadmin is the "database page". :D Before you use that, visit the backup tool in your osC admin panel. It's under tools>>backup That will backup your database.
