Banner on main(index) page footer only

Hello,

 

I am trying to add the banner manager to the home page/idex only. I think I am on the right track,

I used this code:

 

If ($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] == "/index.php") just above the banner script in catalog/includes/footer.php

 

But the banner also disappeared from the index page. I think I have my code wrong underneath. Anyway have a code for this??
