Just login and signup boxes at homepage???

Hi all,

First of all i am not a genius programmer.But here is what i want to do.

 

When customers visit my homepage i just want to give them two options,

1- existing customers Log in

2- new customers Sign Up

 

and since i am only offering local delivery if a customer selects to Sign up it should go to a page where they enter their zip code and than if we deliver to that zip code it should directs to the catalog, or else a warning page saying we do not cover that area.

 

Any help and sugestgions apperaciated..
