New Product catagory maintenance sorting question

I'm new to OSCommerce and I have a question about categories.

Our store http://www.cupidboutique.com has a category for new products.

What I would to be able to do in the categories maintenance screen is sort the items by the day they were added.

It would also be nice if the system itself would move items out of the new product category into another, predetermined category after, say, 60 days.

I admit this second wish would take a bit of work, but the first one would be nice.

Is it do-able?

I would also like to do a similar thing but sort on price. Cheapest at top, most expensive at the bottom. Any help anyone?

Totally off this topic BUT - You sell ADULT products, on your site you have a small section about the law and that you must be 18 years old to enter.

Yet on the same page you have the site content, goes against any hosting rules and "in my own personal experience" can cause alot of grief!

If you was a mother/father and your kid is searching around - hits a link to your site not expecting to get hit with adult content, how would you feel?

Sorry but i thought id let u know

Many Thanks
