Xshare Posted July 5, 2006 Posted July 5, 2006 It's weird, but when OSC sends an email, instead of sending from the right address (the one in the config panel), it actually sends from an address on the server ([email protected], instead of [email protected]), with only the reply-to as [email protected] and NOT the return-path. (In outlook it shows up as [email protected] on behalf of [email protected]) I contacted my hosting company which said that you needed to have headers to specify the return-path, yet I can't figure out where to do this in OSC! Doesn't it do this by default? Even stranger is the fact that during an order confirmation, it sends to the customer from that server address thing, yet sends the Extra-Order-Email to my email address from the right email address! How is that possible? I went into order.php and the only thing that was different was that when sending to the customer it uses a name, and in sending to the extra_order_emails, it doesn't. I tried changing the one to the customer to not use a name, but it still sends from the wrong address. Can someone please try to help me figure this out?
