Jaikaiman Posted July 5, 2006 Posted July 5, 2006 I am trying to integrate OS Commerce with Turbocash. Both versions are the latest. I have followed the instructions given in the Turbocash OS Import Help file, and even removed the date formats as some have suggested. Now when I click on Test Login SQL, I get the following message. <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <html> <head> <title>Error!</title> </head> <body bgcolor="White" text="Black"> <table Why oh why oh why. I am currently hosted by 1and1.co.uk, and have set up the relevant mysql and ssl.
kgt Posted July 5, 2006 Posted July 5, 2006 I'm not familiar with this setup. Can you give more of a description of what you're trying to do, and what exact steps your taking? When you click on "Test Login SQL" where are you clicking this and what information are you passing? Contributions Discount Coupon Codes Donations
Jaikaiman Posted July 5, 2006 Author Posted July 5, 2006 Below are 2 screen shots from turbocash showing the os import screen and its problem and many thanks in anticipation of someone helping me.
kgt Posted July 5, 2006 Posted July 5, 2006 In that box with the error, there's no additional text down below? Like if you put your cursor in there and press the down key a couple of times? What URL is it connecting to? The supplied un and password are for your admin login, correct? Which payment module contribution are you using? Contributions Discount Coupon Codes Donations

Which payment module contribution are you using? Hi there, The URL is the correct one i.e. http://www.mydomain.com/catalog/admin/includes/turbocash.php Unlike (turbocash osimport help which gives the wrong address). And whichever password I put in, I still get the same message which cannot be scrolled any further. Its a head scratcher. Paypal IPN is the module used.
kgt Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 I want to know about the turbocash module - I'd like to see the source, but I want to either know exactly which one you downloaded, or have you post it so that I'm not looking at something different. Contributions Discount Coupon Codes Donations
mtechama Posted July 7, 2006 Posted July 7, 2006 What does TurboCash do for you anyways? Wade Morris Amarillo, Texas Before you do any changes on your site you need to do BACKUP! BACKUP!
kgt Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 What does TurboCash do for you anyways? Turbocash is like an open source version of Quickbooks. This module allows you to directly import your sales information (I assume) into your financial records. Contributions Discount Coupon Codes Donations
abra123cadabra Posted July 14, 2006 Posted July 14, 2006 Did you manage to get this working? I had a few problems but finally I can connect to the database and I can even import data to TC. Some things are still not working properly. Like the account settings and the tax. I got a lot of socket errors which were caused by my AV/Firewall... So the next step is to get the hand of TC as it keeps it's secrets to itself (I even got some accounting background)... abra The First Law of E-Commerce: If the user can't find the product, the user can't buy the product. Feedback and suggestions on my shop welcome. Note: My advice is based on my own experience or on something I read in these forums. No guarantee it'll work for you! Make sure that you always BACKUP the database and the files you are going to change so that you can rollback to a working version if things go wrong.
