Table doesnt exist

Hi im a bit new to this game but I loaded up the necessary files using cpanel and made the changes in the existing files. When in the admin panel and i select more categories this is the following error, can someone please help me, thanks.

1146 - Table 'thecycle_osc1.categories_more' doesn't exist

That is not a standard table. You will need to consult the instructions for whatever contribution added it.

I used the More category boxes contribution and thats what comes up when you click on more categories in the admin panel. I didnt load the sql part of the contribution as i wasnt sure how to do it using Cpanel, is it needed? and if so how do i do it. Cheers id anyone has any ideas!!

If a contribution says you need to make a database change, you have to do it or your shop won't function properly. What you need to do is use the program named phpmyadmin, which can be reached via cpanel on the mysql page. To see how to use it, see this thread.
