Checkout error?

I 've recently installed a template of oscommerce, and I've had troble with the shopping cart. it was working a few weeks ago but now im getting an error. I have added a few modules to the store.

the error is :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_db_connect() (previously declared in /home/specs/public_html/shop/includes/functions/database.php:13) in /home/specs/public_html/shop/includes/functions/database.php on line 13

 

 

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
