Basket Query for a newbie

HI All,

 

I had someone call me to ask if I could have a look at their OsCom site. The thing is I have no experience in OsCom, so had to turn it down. However what they did say is that their Basket has stopped working since yesterday and no one has done anything to it... a bit curious, if you ask me.

Would anyone have any suggestions about potential causes or solutions? It's just a curiosity for me at the moment. That was ALL the information they mentioned. I'll need to get to grips with OsCom, maybe even buy a few books if anyone can recommend any.....
