Bypass Create Account

[OpenSea]

Does anybody know how to bypass the create account page when paying with paypal since I get customers address with paypal confirmation email. I don't want customer to have to fill out address twice.

 

Ideal checkout process would be:

Customer clicks checkout...gets directly to payment option....if choice is paypal...gets to confirmation....then to paypal server.....if choice is check/money order...gets to create account...(fills out address, etc.)...then on to confirmation. Done.
