200Megaton Posted July 3, 2006 Posted July 3, 2006 My shopping cart freezes / hangs up at the Delivery Information step. When a visitors clicks Continue, it stays at the same page. There is only one option for shipping, so they do not need to enter any information at this step. What makes this weird is that it works fine on all IE(XP) and Firefox for the PC and several Mac browsers that I have tried, but my client and a few associates are having this problems on their PCs running IE. Sorry for the newbie question, but I can't find any clue on which way to proceed.
Guest Posted July 4, 2006 Posted July 4, 2006 its possible the shipping gateways are blocked by the customer's firewall for some reason. Install just one shipping module that does not link to an external server (like table rates) and ask them to retry.
