How could i put the TEXT_MAIN put to the database, so it could be edited with a WYSIWYG editor?

Is there any idea or contrib?

I want the welcome screen edit with a WYSIWYG editor.

Put there images, formatted texts and so on.

Yes, I understand...

It's not necessarily exactly what you want, but you should be able to follow the examples and get the job done...I think?

Look at something like STORE_NAME and how it's entered and then pulled from the db as needed throughout the shop. Duplicate how that is set up and that should be it.

Did you look at this one:

Once installed, you can use the tinyMCE cross-browser WYSIWYG editor

for any textarea field in your osC admin.

This contribution comes with several examples of areas to use it such as:

Page Header

Page Footer

Catalog Main Page content and Greeting areas
