problem all of a sudden

all of a sudden im getting problems with my pages loading . one minute im wizzing around my site and now all of a sudden i keep getting errors like cannot find server and stuff. this even happens when i try and access my admin panel.

 

what is going on

the main reason you are getting "Cannot Find Server" is your web hosting server is down for a while
