I have problems with the totalizazion

Hi

i just realize that i have this problem and i just don't know how to fix it

the problem comes when the customer is in the final step before Placing the order

here i took shots of the screen:

reviewing the oreder before placing it

 

if you see, the tax is not added to the prices, so in the end, when the order is placed out,

the final thing it comes without taxes..

 

so the totalization of the whole calculation is wrong...

can someone tell me please

 

what do i have to do to fix this problem??

Do you have the display prices with Tax option on? Try to flip the switch from osc Admin->Configuration->MyStore->Display Prices with Tax.

 

If it works you may added done some custom code or contribution that does not take that case into account.
