I offer my international customers three choices, Airmail, Economy Air and Seamail. I keep calculated the costs to ship something that weighs .017 kilos to the USA and it keeps coming up with incredibly high rates. Like $40.00 +. I need help that is in "plain and easy" language to correct this. (Like you would explain to a child. LOL!) I did get the DRC instructions. Do I need to put them into the files? If so, how do I go about doing it. This is the last thing I need to do before my shop is up and running. Many thanks in advance for your help. Quote
