In checkout_shipping & checkout_payment the footer is aligned left and looks real bad. I have looked at the code and the actual code where the footer is located in each page is exactly the same. Please someone help me.

Sounds like a modification problem that might just be located on your payment parts only because you added it there, pushing the footer off center somehow. If that made sense.
