royalfunk Posted July 1, 2006 Posted July 1, 2006 We are using the Free Shipping module to allow free shipping for orders over a certain dollar amount. For some reason, ocassionally it allows free shipping for orders UNDER the threshold amount! I have not been able to reproduce how it happens, but we have received orders under the free shipping dollar amount that were not charged for shipping. Anyone know how this could happen!?!?!? -A
