Minimum order value

I need to set up a minimum order value for online orders

anyone know how to do this?

I have minimum order setup but I am finding that people seem to be circumventing it somehow. (I suspect it is being done if they initially have enough to checkout, but then edit their order once the checkout process has proceeded)

 

Does anyone else have this problem and/or know of the fix for this?

 

Seems to me checkout_process needs to be re-worked.
