New Installation Problem IIS6 W2kServer 2003

Complete newbie here and installing on IIS 6 with Windows Web server 2003 which is our own dedicated server.

 

Have installed PHP and results can be seen http://www.envizage.com/test.php

Also have MySQL installed and running.

 

Have since run envizage.com/catalog/install/index.php and welcome page comes up OK.

On next page (Install a new online store) have both boxes ticked, but when I click continue, it just loops and does nothing! No errors etc.
