Guest Posted June 29, 2006 Posted June 29, 2006 I've set up the download thing and I have a few questions. 1) Download isn't working once you purchase it. 2) Do I just put the file name or the whole link in the file name box? and if I just put the file name do I upload the file to the download folder? 3) How can I set it up so there is no shipping & handling fee on the downloads. Thanks and sorry for all the questions just trying to get my site done by next month and test it out and all.

It's a link that has the product name in it listing your purchase. It is also viewable in the customers order page (watch out for CC purchases as the sample credit card number will let them thru and lock up your download folder) You put just the file name in the box e.g. coolmovie1.wmv Osc does not add shipping to the product when it is a download
