ozcsys Posted June 29, 2006 Posted June 29, 2006 One thing you should do before installing a contribution is check out the support thread before doing the install. This will alert you to any installation problems before you start the install. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

ozcsys Posted June 29, 2006 Posted June 29, 2006 okay, where can i find the support thread then? A lot of times there is a link to the support thread in the readme. If not you can look in my sig and see a link to the contributin support section of the site and then do a search for the particular one you are looking for. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.
