Is there a control panel/wizard for osCommerce?

I have no experience with php, and would like to set up my store. software i have used in the past did all the thinking for me. Is there anything like this for osCommerce?

Look for a host that offers Fantastico. It is an application that will install many different types of open source tools, and it's about as user-friendly as you'll find. Otherwise, you can often find hosts who sell packages with an OSCommerce store already set up for you.
