How can I get pagination for catagories with lots of items in admin?

Is there a way, hopefully simple that I am merely overlooking, that I can get some sort of pagination in the admin section of the catalog when listing items. Some of my catagories have hundreds - soon to be thousands - of products. It takes forever to scroll down and even hitting the page down or end key takes awhile since the entire page must be loaded before it will go to the end of the page. I would like to have only about 25 items show if possible so I don't have to scroll down so much, either that or have the "new item" button show at the top of the page.
