how to add a product on the cart that does not exist in the database?

 

the whois script is the easy part, there are a couple incomplete on contributions several ones arround the web.

 

But the missing link, is how to add an unexisting product to the shopping cart

 

any thoughts?

naaa, I don't think so, because I will quickly add up tons of un-registered domain names to my cart, this will make all customers mad, because a domain name that you are looking for is somewhat a secret, since you dont want the next customer to find your domain name in the store ready to added to the shopping cart ready to be bought.

 

suppose a customer finds moron.com available, the product does NOT exist, but I want to add it to the shopping cart tobe bought. :s

you could use it as an attribute input. It will only be stored within the orders table.
