Blank Shipping/Billing Address field

I recently upgraded my oscommerce store and I'm having a problem viewing orders in the admin section. After clicking on "Customers/Orders" and then on "Orders" it brings up a list of the 10 most recent orders - so far so good. However, when I click on one of the orders, all of the information is displayed EXCEPT the Shipping and Billing Address fields. Also, the customer's name is not displayed, only the company name. So if a company name is not entered, then the "Customer Name" field is completely blank. Invoice and packing slip have the same problems. Now, going back to "Orders" list of the 10 most recent orders, I can click on "Edit Order" in the right column and all of the fields will be displayed properly. So, basically all of the fields are being retained correctly, but I would like the fields to be correctly displayed when I click directly on the order, and on the invoice and packing slip. I'm having a similar problem with one of my clients. In some new orders, the shipping/billing address is not showing as well. In another two orders (these two from the same guy in different days), the items were not showing. The info on the confirmation email is complete in all cases and I can see all info on the DB.

 

Any ideas of why they would not show on the order/invoice/packing slip? This seems to happen randomly and not all the time. I tried to repair the DB but nothing hapenned. I don't know what else to do. Is this a bug? :blink:

you should post your catalog\admin\orders.php file.

Tks. A had someone checking it out for me and fix it. He did corrected something on orders.php, but there was also some DB issue.

 

I have no idea what he did, but it's fixed! :D
