Some advice on integrating osC with an existing site?

Hi all,

 

I have developed a website for a friend of mine who is a self-published author. She intends on selling a copy of her book in both digital (PDF) and printed format so I've been looking for various commerce systems and finally decided to settle on osCommerce. Since the site will be used to sell only two items (one tangible other digital), I'd like to modify osC so it's as simple as possible. I don't need the big "store" framework and all the sideboxes etc. Since I already have all the item descriptions, photos of it etc, I'd just like to use what I currently have instead of using osC's templates for that. I'd just like to add BUY button which would take me into osC's shopping cart.

 

How do I modify osC templates so I only use a shopping cart? Are there any contribs out there that do that?

you could dowload this contrabution

im not sure if this will hlep, it may, may not. you might just have to manually take the boxes out, thats what i did.
