I want to replace the cart an put it in another folder (/catalog)

If you haven't yet made any modifications or added your products to the cart, then all you need to do is uninstall OsCommerce and reinstall it inside a folder.

But I did add some products

create the folder catalog move all the osc files in it. You do not need to touch the dbase. Then change the definitions of both configure.php files in catalog\includes and catalog\admin\includes directories to point to the catalog folder. You should only need to change the path definitions.
