Orders Not Showing When Using the Authorize.net Module

I am having a difficult time when using the Authorize.net module with orders dissapperaing. Customers come to the site, purchase an item, an email is sent to them confirming there purchase, the credit is processed through the gateway, but the orders do not show up in the backend. Anyone have any ideas on this?
