Wendy James Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 Customers have to have a gift voucher# in order to use the gift vouchers. You could do a promotion and tell people to enter a specific code or word you have set up. Send it through emails, on the home page... whatever you want. Just have to be sure you have set it up so the code can be used multible times. You can also give people a "thanks for signing up" coupon if you are using the credit class gift voucher contribution. Not sure about the other contributions. As for the error it looks like you didn't run/add the sql info to your database. Wendy James Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Wendy James Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 Not sure why it isn't subtracting. Try changing the order. Like subtotal shipping coupon total I know it says things have to be in a specific order in the instructions but I know I have set it so the coupons are before the total and it has worked.
