scheinarts Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 After clicking on "Checkout" it takes you direct to "Payment Information" without first going to "Delivery Information". Then if I manually click on the Delivery Information at the bottom of the Payment Information, it simply refreshes the Payment Information page. Now, when you place the pointer on top of the Delivery Information link, the address is shows is https://mydomain.net/checkout_shipping.php but what actually opens up is https://mydomain.net/checkout_payment.php. Also, in the Confirmation Page, the Shipping information is not displayed, only the Payment Information. I already enabled in the Admin>Modules>Shipping but it DOESNT SHOW!!! What can I do to fix this???
Wendy James Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 I know this has happened to me in the past if I have installed credit class gift voucher contribution. Even if it is turned off. If the products weigh 0 it just skips the shipping page and goes right to the payment page. If you have that contribution installed you will need to give all of your items a weight. If you do not have that contribution did you install something else that may effect shipping the same way? Wendy James Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes.
