Tweaking the original layout

Ok first thanks for all the help i have got so far from all you guys.

 

Now Like i explained in previous posts i managed to get the install be friendly to my site.I designed my site some 2 3 years ago and didn`t want to give up on it so i managed to implement the index.php into my body page and its perfectly working.See it at www.consolextras.com

 

Now while some pages gets the update some others still shows the original oscommerce layout,It seems tha they do not use index.php some of these pages are the shopping cart, sign in page , shipping and returns page etc.

 

I got suggestions that sts or cts would do just what i need but after reading that they are not contributions friendly i decided to implement the install updating the php`s with my html .

 

Now the one million question is is : what other php`s do i have to tweak?? is it the ::: includes/languages/english.php ..... are there others ??? please help
