Problem on Add New Category in Categories

Dear All,

 

Would anyone help to solve this problem? when I created a sub-category under the category then the bar above the products have moved down to three rows. This problem is also happened during the beginning when I set up the configuration, there is a item called " Product Listing" under the configutation and there is a item called " Location of Prev/Next Navigation Bar (1-top, 2-bottom, 3-both), when I set it up to 3-both, the same problem would occurr, the bar which show the categories name would moved down one row, it happened on every category. It is a headache problem.
