Import email addresses and catalogue in spreadsheet

I want to make a pricelist in a spreadsheet that contains itemnumber, description and price. As my website contains all this, it would be convenient to import this from the database into a spreadsheet. I have searched around, but could not find the file in the OSC file manager.

 

I would like to do the same for e-mail addresses , as the e-mail manager is too limited in selecting addresses: you can either select all addresses or 1 single address. A selection of a number of addresses for certain mailings is not possible. Hence the idea.

 

Anybody can give me the path to these parts of the db?

Or is there another way to do this conveniently? Manually copy/paste takes too much time.
