Images as Options and STS 4.1

I have STS 4.1 installed and working....I am trying to add the Images as Options for MS2.2.

 

 

Does anyone know how and where to add the following

//Options as Images. This whole php clause needs to be added

if (OPTIONS_AS_IMAGES_ENABLED == 'true') include ('options_images.php');

?>

 

 

in order to have the radio buttons show up with a STS template. I am using the content templates for categories and it is not showing up in them...
